It appears to be impossible to register my two units via any method in the USA (Bosch doesn't even seem to have an online method as back up) and judging by the complete lack of response here, Bosch doesn't apparently care. If you don't support, don't offer it in the first place. Extremely disappointing."

"Seriously Bosch? My BCC100 thermostat used to work with "Bosch Connected Control" but the app disappeared from the app store. When I open this app up I get hit with an error that my location or language is not supported and the app closes. Fortunately I had another device I pulled the older "connected control" APK from, and it works. Really disappointed because I have a feeling my thermostat will be left dumb and disconnected thanks to a lack of support. Pro installed new just 3 months ago!"
